The company charged my credit card for a purchase that I made and never sent me the product. I emailed the the company twice asking for an update on my order and the response stated that my product was stuck in customs. I was asked to wait 30 days to receive my product and after the 30 days expired I received the exact same email asking for 30 days to receive my product due to a hold up in customs.
