Discount Hobbies order not sent Internet

I ordered 1 remote control flying shark and 1 remote flying clown fish on 12/02/16 for my two youngest granddaughters for Christmas.  I received one on January 4, 2017.  I emailed them and asked when the other one would be delivered and to give me a tracking number. A guy named Chris emailed me and asked to give them 15 more days. After 15 days I emailed them again and told them that I had not received the other package..  After 7 days they emailed me back and asked me to wait 30 days because there had been some changes in custom polices affecting packages to arrive late. this was 1-21-2017.  I emailed them back and told them that I had no choice but to wait.  On 2-10-2017 I emailed them and reminded them that it had been 3 weeks since they asked me to wait 30 days and if I didn't receive it that I was going to the Better Business Bureau.  Have not heard anything and today has been the 30 days that I was asked to wait.  I can not give one grand daughter her present until  I get the other for the other grand daughter.  They asked me every day if I have received their Christmas present, and I have to say no.  Discount Hobbies has  gotten their money but I do not have my purchases.  I need help.
