DISCOUNT SAVINGS CLUB foreign accent, hard to understand - promised no charges no obligations - only $4.95 to recive $100 gift card. Internet

I received an "unclaimed" reward card in my name with a phone number to call to claim my $100.  I called the number and talked to a woman with a very heavy foreign accent who said I would receive a $100 gift card which could be used at WalMart or Target but I would need to pay a $4.95 handling fee which made me suspicious so I asked to make sure there would be no other charges, fees or obligations and she assured me that there would not be any other charges, fees or obligations so I gave her my credit card number and then she wanted to transfer me to another person to explain the details.  I told her to just put the card in the mail, that I didn't want to talk to anyone else and hung up the phone.
