DiscountBookSale - DBS Books ordered a book back to eden that cost 4.75 that included shipping also. I placed the order end of aug. It's now 9/20 and book hasnt been received. They also charged my acct 14.95 not 4.75 as stated. DBS charges hidden fees,item not received Internet

I ordered book from DBS on or around the end of Aug. My acct was debited 14.95 . The boook only cost 75. + 3.99 ship. 4.75 total. It is 9/20 and I still haven't received the item purchased. Now I can't seem to find the website again to register complaint or to get a refund. I wished that I'd looked for a reveiw on this company before ordering. I've certainly learned my lesson. Never order anything on the web without looking for a review on that company. Need some help
