David Muskat promised me a job paying a salary plus ownership plus a kitchen. He claimed his lawyer was putting it in writing when I started. After 7 weeks, he paid 1/3 what he promised, failed to produce the promised partnership agreement and failed to do anything whatsoever to fulfill the promised kitchen. After his poor performance, he then tried to justify screwing me out of all back monies owed as well as the kitchen by claiming my performance when I brought in as much business in 7 weeks as he ad 2 salespeople did in 6 months. In the time I was there, he burned vendors and other employees screwing them all out of monies owed. I have never experienced such unethical business behavior in my career.
