Do You Spain Insurance Rip Off Internet

Like others before me, I rented a vehicle through these people who were acting as intermediaries for GoldCar Car Hire. The vehicle was to be collected at Fuerteventura Airport in June 2015.

I was invited by DoYouSpain to pay just under £45.00 to cover insurance excesses, and produced this document on my arrival at Fuerteventura. GoldCar were not interested in this form and proceeded to demand an additional €180,00 before they would release the car. 

On returning the car a week later I was charged for the fuel I had used, so I have no idea what the €180,00 was for.

I have made repeated requests to DoYouSpain via email, ( I have even been given a Customer Service reference number) but no one has been back to me in 5 months.

I feel that like many others, this company uses distance and you being back home to contact everyone very easily.

Avoid like the plague !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
