Dohardmoney owned by Ryan Ge Wright is a ripp-off to individuals. Ryan does not refund money as he claims to do over the telephone. He uses deceitful pracices to lure in an applicant.
ryan G Wright says over the phone he will refun money if you do not approve of the contract. Within minutes he sends a contract no one would sing it is so bizaar. We tried to have Mr. Wright send the contract first. He says that is not necessary. He assures us it is not a problem we we are unhappy. Wright says the $877.00 he extracted from our account is for initial costs. The initial costs are phoney at best as within minutes he sends this absured contract we do not want. Then refuses to refund.
Wright tells the Attorney General as shown in the pdf file attached that he does not do business with individuals only businesses. We are individuals, my son and I not a business.
Have gone to the Attorney General of Utah. The Attorney General is working on this now. Plseas contact the Attorney General of Utah. One other person did realize one could do this. If we all do, maybe we can stop Mr. Wright. Hopefully we may get our refund.would love to stop this con artist. Have never been taken before, ever. This person is slick and deceitful.
Attached is the pdf file Mr. Wright sent to the Attorney General .

Check out our Satified Customers first:

This report filed by Caroline is actually regarding a previous concern we addressed with her partner Brandon.
Brandon contacted our company on April 15th seeking a loan for his property. He paid us $600 to
find and place his loan with a lender and provide him with a loan offer. He was told on the initial phone call the $600 was non-refundable if we were able to place his loan with a lender. The refund policy is below and can also be found on our website.
On April 17th 2 days later we contacted him with a loan offer. Dedra, a DHM employee, emailed
Brandon a copy of the loan terms and conditions. We received an email back stating
"after reviewing this loan in detail I have chosen another lender. Please send refund back to my credit card. Thanks Brandon Muirhead."
Dedra sent the following email in response Brandon, Our policy is if you are offered a
loan, you will not receive a refund on the evaluation of the property. This was
explained to you in your initial call. Sorry about the inconvenience. Good luck
on your deal. Thanks, Dedra.
When Brandon told us he had filed a complaint against our company the issue was escalated to
Marc the Lending Manager. Marc tried to contact Brandon on a few occasions and he refused to
talk to us about any problems that he has with us or the loan offer we gave him.
Brandon also signed up for our membership program on April 15th. Our membership is available to anyone who is interested- it is not required. It does have many benefits, such as access to hundreds of hours of training videos, and Access to our GAP Lenders that could allow borrowers to come to closing with nothing down.
Brandon chose to sign up for the program hoping to use the GAP Lenders for his deal. As per policy we do not give refunds on the memberships. Brandon is able to cancel his membership online at anytime and will not be charged by us annually. Brandon could still take advantage of the membership, and get all the benefits with future loans if he chooses too.
On occasion a customer comes to us with an investment property that has profit margins that may make it so the deals not feasible for them. This isn't typically discovered until after an evaluation has been performed on the property. When this happens some customers are understandably frustrated with the cost to evaluate the investment.
Caroline and Brandon's experience is not typical. Victoria, Jesse, Casey and countless others would share a different experience:

Refund policy on Loan
Offers & Evaluations:
For evaluations and loan offers we are not able to offer any refunds, once it is paid we are incurring a hard cost and time to get a loan offer or evaluations back depending on the state and situation. A refund is only given if we are not able to do either of the following A. Give you a loan offer B. Give you copies of an Evaluation. In the event we cannot do one of those two things a refund will
be given. If we are able to do one of those two things no refund can be issued.
Refund Policy on Membership Programs:
All cancellation requests are processed instantly and documented inside each customer's record. However, this will only prevent the next month's or next year as applicable billing from being charged and will not entitle you to any refund, partial or otherwise, for the current month/year of service. There are absolutely no refunds for this service once payment is made.
If a cancellation request is made prior to the next billing date and a billing inadvertently occurs, we will process a refund for the amount in question. Refunds will take 3-5 business days for us to process and will appear in your account depending on your banks speed.

Dohardmoney owned by Ryan G Wright is a ripp-off to an individual. Do not know how he treats companies . Ryan uses deceitful practices to lure in an applicant .
Wright says over the phone he will refund your money if you do not approve of the contract. If you ask to see the contract first, he persuades you to sign up and pay. He insures one they will receive a refund if the contract is unacceptable to the applicant.
The contract is so bizaar, it is unbelievable. Then Wright refuses to refund. He then says the $877.00 was for initial costs. These initial costs are phoney at best. The contract comes through within minutes. Certainly no investigations have taken place.
We have taken this to The Attorney General of Utah. Please do the same. Just go on the web and type , "Attorney General of Utah". One other person so far has realized you can take this to the Attorney General of Utah. The more that do , the better.
Wright then forwards to the Attorney General his policy which includes that he does not do business with individuals only businesses. We are not a business but a mother and son. We tried to attach the pdf file from Wright to The Attorney, but it would not attach. Perhaps for legal reasons. The pdf file along with the e-mails sent to us during the dialog clearly show deceipt.
Hopefully we may be re-imbursed and at the very least stop this con artist from trapping any more individuals.
Do not believe anything Ryan G. Wright says. Ryan is a scam artist.
