Donaldson Volkswagon Damage to car! Will not claim responsibility! Sayville, New York

Thankyou Donaldson VW, I really appreciate having a 20k dollar car that sits in my front yard unable to run. Nothing makes me happier than paying my $300 dollar a moth loan for a car that has a blown engine... Here is how it all began. I had bought a 2007 vw passat, very excited, it was a beautiful looking car. I tend to be very compulsive about maintaing my vehicles so i kept it clean and Always, yes Always, changes my oil evey 3k miles. Now, my passat is turbo so mind you it takes synthetic oil and does not need an oil change every 3k miles but this is how i maintained the car. Many of the times i brought my vw to the dealership to get the oil changed, which they have on record, but i also brought it to independant places to change my oil. Always keeping a reciept "just in case". Now what is about to transpire is both boggling, upsetting and down right makes me angry! I was on my way to work one morning and out of nowhere, my car stalled. Not knowing what was wrong, i decided to have it towed to Donaldsons vw. They had told me that it was a recall and i would have my vehicle back in 1 to 2 days. Nice right. I thought so also. 2 days go by and i get a call that the passat is ready and i should go pick it up. Everything went smoothly until that night. Again my car stalls. Repeat process, have it towed to Donaldson vw. This time i get a call the next morning and to my surprise, the cars engine is seized. Cams are scored and the vehicle is unfixable, unless i want to shell out over 5k to replace the engine. What? They had just given the car back to me the day before because the problem they diagnoste was a "recall" problem, now i have a seized engine. They claim that i did not properly get my oil changed and because its a turbo engine, there was a build up of sludge in the engine and it seized. Now, i have all of the documentation stating where and when i had my oil changed and it is in compliance with what VW states is regular maintainance on the car. Donaldson claims that is not sufficient enough evidence. Am i crazy or could they have come to this conclusion when my car was dropped off the first time, before they gave it back to me, let it run for x amount of hours and then let my engine seize? The gentlemen in the service area could care less because it not his car and all liability for this type of problem is on me. Do Not, I repeat Do Not purchase a car from these lying theives! It will save you much money and plenty of headaches. I now have a monthly payment for a car that sits in front of my house that is undrivable.
