I wish I would have checked out these guys first!

Looked like a nice, complete, even helpful site, but that was the last good thing about this experience.  Simply the worst internet customer service we have ever experienced.  Days after ordering, no confirmation, aknowledgement, shipping notice.  Tried to trace the shipment that the site said was going to happen almost imediately, not in the system.  Email query function goes unanswered, called two days later, verbaly aknowledged the order, will ship soon.  Two weeks go by, no shipment, ergo, no receipt.  Same process, not in the tracking system, email queries, phone calls days later, verbal delay confirmation.  Goods will supposedly ship in another week and a half.

We are now at five weeks, no joy, no goods, after serveral unrewarding goes at their not stellar service.  However, the credit card transaction proccess on the day of order, hmmm.  I do not know how these folks stay in business.

Do not add yourself to the tales of woe that do not seem unusual for these folks!!!!
