This company take the School Photos for most of the kids, they didn't deliver mine, because in my checks, I chose not to have my address printed, well they are requesting 25% more because of that, which I don't get what that has to do with the Photos on the first place, I requested them to send my check back they wont do that either. When you call customer service, they treat you as if I was the one ripping them off, I had bad luck with Heidi P, if they can they would rip you, and the discrimination and dissapointment of the kids when they don't receive their pics, They are nice enough to send an empty envelope, with a new invoice. arent they a Piece of art? I hope the school districs review whom they give consessions

Chris Wende Customer Service Manager at Dorian. Contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding. She said when I called I should have only been charged the amount of the pictures - the other fees should have been waived. The agent youI talked to was unaware of this. She have spoken to all of their agents and made sure they are aware of the policies. She offered a refund. Problem solved
