DOUBLE J Transportation Jason Davenport DOT#2556876 Didn't pay me, and never send me my Payroll by Email as he promise me. A lot issues with his tractor and trailer. I left because not safety. He is a crook. He don't want I sign the IRS form too. Chatsworth Georgia

I worked for Double J Mr Jason Davenport at Chatsworth GA on Oct 21, 2015 to Oct 30, 2015 as truck driver flatbed.

I got a lot issues as blow up trailer tires (he put cheap tires), engine low oil pressure, no A/C (button broken), no APU heater (cold sleeper), Dashboard no light (impossible to see my speed night time) and sometimes "Dashboard Christmas Tree" and most important no ENGINE BRAKE!

Also, waited on the truck stops, because he don't have enough for the fuel!

I had to wait to the DOT weight stations (NM / AZ), he didn't pay the States Tax too! (For info: The companies can pay online before to come in)

When I got the issues, he paid expensive road assistance (DOT Law). But, when I come back from Nogales AZ, he don't want fix the problems (Engine brake, A/C, APU heater, Dashboard, aluminium frame of trailer back), so, it was enough for me, I decided to come back at his home for SAFETY REASON. 

He forced me to pickup the loads when I come back. He didn't want I come back empty even the trailer and truck has bad.

I drove 4020 miles. He promised me, by direct deposit on my check account: $650... Today Nov13... NOTHING

He promised me to send me by Email (free stamps!), my payroll... NOTHING!

I am pretty sure, IRS don't know I worked for him (He never give me the IRS W2 form, I must sign).

I wrote a Warning for my fellows truck drivers on thetruckersreport.com... Yesterday, I send him the shortcut.

He got time to join the forum! Pathetic. But he don't have time to send my money and my payroll!

I am ready to sue him. 

I still waiting the US labor Department at Atlanta what the can do for me.

I will go to the IRS. I want a great investigation against this crook.
