Hi, I also picketed Douglas Smith ' Newhomes2day ' at no avail he said I would never get my money and I could not do anything about it! Well he asked my friend that was still working there what I would do if he did not pay. She told him it would be like a category 5 hurricane full force at him. I have finalized my 5Th category.
These are the steps:
1. File a complaint with TREC
2. Picket
3. File with the TWC
4. File with the labor law
5. File a small claims court case
This so called man has moved changed his company name several times and brokers also. He cheats his employees that actually care about the customer he treats the homeowners like dirt and talks to the builders consultants worse. I wish I had seen this sight sooner. He can run but he can not hide the Federal Government will find him. So if you see this go for it good is on your side!!!
Anyone Thinking About Trusting This Man With Your Families Home And Life Don't !!! Anyone That Has Gone Through What I Have Take It To The Matt!!! He Is Soulless And Has No Morales At All. Do Not Stand By And Let Him Take Advantage Of Good People !! Do Not Be Scared!!! Check Out The New Address!!
