I ordered a costume for a photo shoot almost three weeks ago, but so far no shipment, no response to emails, no nothing. Apparently this is standard procedure for Doxy Lingerie.
According to a report by the Better Business Bureau, Doxy has a habit of taking money but not sending merchandise, and then ignoring complaints. The report says the company is operated by Jennifer Lutke, and lists her phone no. as 269-276-9196. The address the BBB has is different from the one on the doxylingerie.com website; it's not in Creve Coeur, but 11990 Charter House Lane, St. Louis, MO 61346. Doxy has also been located in Kalamazoo, MI.
Who knows where Doxy really is. Jennifer Lutke has taken enough customers for a ride, she can afford a ticket to anywhere.
