I made an order of 4 In stock items on 08/03/2008. Doxy online PROMPTLY took my money and sent a very nice email confirming my order and stated that my order would ship in 3-5 days (since they were in stock items) and that I chose standard delivery (5 days at most) so I assumed I would get the order 10 days later. NO SUCH LUCK

I emailed after the first week because they stated I would recieve an email telling me when the order shipped. I got a prompt response that said that my order should have shipped by now and that they would look into it tomorrow. I never heard back.

6 emails and 3 voicemails later still NO RESPONSE. I have researched this company and there are SEVERAL other complaints pending.

It is now 8/28/2008 and have yet to get a response or a ship date from them. They are frauds and you should NOT order from them!
