Doxy Online.com I placed an order on August 27th which they have taken the money out of mu account for $145.00. Its now september 13th and I have not received my order. I have sent emauils with no response and the phone number that I did have was a voicemail line and is no longer in service. Maryland Heights Missouri

I placed an order with this company on August 27th. I ordered a peach fairy costume, sheer wings, and shoes. They sent an email confirmation stating that my order would be shipped in 5-7 business days since all my items were in stock. I have sent several emails that have not been answered and the phone number that they did have on their site was only a voicemail line which i also left messages on with no call back. My friend also placed an order on the same day for a pair of angel wings and she is in the same boat as I am. I sent an email stating that they have 7 days to either return my money or have my order shipped with a tracking order. I wish that I would have read the reports about this company before placing my order but I have ordered items from companies online before and never had a problem. I shouldnt have trusted this company but I did. I am not afraid to take legal action if necessary. These people are taking money and its wrong and they should have to pay people back and in my opinion go to jail for what they are doing.
