This isn't really a formal complaint - more like a word to the wise. I ordered financial information from Dr. Erik L. Fitzpatrick (through his Personal Assistant, Danielle), and it was even better than I'd expected. Much better. I'm more than satisfied with CONTENT. This is about DELIVERY. Placed my "Buy/Sell Options" order Saturday morning and didn't receive my info until Monday. Dr. Fitz promises within one BUSINESS day and, apparently, that's exactly what he means. He has two offices. They must be closed on weekends. So, if you place your order on a Tuesday, you'll receive everything by Wednesday; my older brother did when he ordered his "China Growth Portfolio," which he's very happy with. Placing an order on a Friday night? Not to worry or anything like that. Just be aware you probably won't receive your info until around 10:00 Monday morning - Pacific time which, of course, is 1:00 PM Eastern - but you'll definitely receive it.
