I am also a victim of Dr. Livy Stoyka-She is rude, VERY unprofessional and has ZERO customer service skills. I had several appointments cancelled after i was already in her office and took time off of work. The office girl told me that something came up, after the 4th time I was finally able to get in to get my teeth cleaned. When she did get in there to check my teeth she poked and prodded until and scraped which knocked off 4 of my white fillings that were in the front of my teeth. I did not know this until I got home. The next appointment(which i also had to take another day off of work that makes 5 days) i went to she was supposed to fix the fillings that were scraped off by my first visit and after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours I went up to complain, I was then told that I need to find a new dentist she would not work on my teeth or fix the damage she did. It took me 2 visits and 5 days off of work for her to completely mess up my teeth. It would be better for you to do your own dental work than go to her. Im wondering if she got her dentist license off of the internet. Shes a quack and doesnt know what shes doing. I have already reported her to the BBB and she has several complaints.
Her staff is also very rude and unprofessional.

Your state no doubt has a board of dental examiners who deal with misconduct of dentists. This would be a good place to take a complaint. I'm sure the contact information is lissted on the web and in the phone book under state offices, but for kicks, call Stoyka's office and ask them for contact information!
I would like to tell you that 'something will happen', but in reality I have seen professional boards in a couple of states (lawyers, allopaths, dentists) down play a complaint. This board may be different.
