After the surgery, I came out the same size as before. I thought it was swelling, but after a few months I found out that he had put in the same size implants that I WANTED REMOVED. For a year afterward, I had to beg him/his staff to provide me with the procedure I came for and my medical records. Both were refused unless I paid more. He removed my implants in his office after giving me a Valium, and sent me on my way with about $9000 wasted, saggy scarred breasts with no implants (that I paid for) and not to mention all the time wasted traveling to his office in downtown Chicago and taking time off of work/school. Shame on Dr. Horn!

I had was ripped off by the great Dr Horn! He claimed I needed a facelift. Took my money, low and behold, I came out looking exactly the same. No improvement whatsoever! I complained and he told me I needed other work; more money. If a facelift involved, does it not put your cheeks back to the normal position? No jowels and no neck problems? I hope other patients realize this guy is a rip off!
