Dr. Natura / Meda Consumer Healthcare Site was left vulnerable to fraud, I had two $1000 fraudulent charges on my card because of enterting it into their site Morgantown West Virginia

In November of 2017 I ordered some Colonix fiber from DrNatura.com. I have been buying this product for over two years, originally on Amazon until the price jumped up, and then on Lucky Vitamin, until it was no longer available on that site and had to be purchased from Dr. Natura's site directly. It was the only site I entered my debit card information into for months. Then, right before Christmas, I had two fraudulent charges on my card of $1000 each. They did not say Dr. Natura of course, but they were both related to health and life. Fortunately I could stop the charges before my account spiraled into the negative, but it required me to shut down my checking account while i was out of town. I let Dr. Natura know by email they were probably compromised. No response of course. Then, two months after my purchase, I get an email telling me that I was never actually charged for the product in November and that they will be charging my card soon. I check my paypal account where I have the debit card and see that the transaction expired and in fact did not ever go through. It is then that I knew for sure they were the site that compromised my card information. 

Please tell me what kind of company can miss revenue for 2 months? One that doesn't have their stuff together, and one that had their entire system compromised. I will never order through their site again, and I will stop buying the product alltogether because of this experience.
