I visited Dr. Popper Medical Center a week ago for sleep disorder treatment and only had the worst experience of my life with Robin Curry the office manager there are things to say about the careless and inefficiency I received. From the initial contact with the reception staff where I discussed my medical concerns to the time I exited the clinic I felt it was my biggest mistake and worst expeience to visit there. The medical assistant, nurse, and physician made me wait for a very long time and frequently Robin used to keep telling me few more minutes and it will be your turn. How on earth can the office manager treat the patient like that!! I am really pissed with this lady and her behavior no empathy and concern towards the patients.
I heard many other patients complaining of the same about Robin Curry and all were saying strict action should be taken against her.
Additionally the entire time I was there was more than an hour! It was the worst unethical behavior, though I walked there in pain I was optimistic about the treatment plan from the doctor and how to follow up with care at home, which did not turn out to be according to my expectations! Robin Curry should be fired from Dr.Popper Medical center.
I would never recommend visiting Dr. Popper. They don't provide any quality care to their patients, who require immediate emergency services.

You DO realize that the DOCTOR sets the pace for patient visits. The office manager that YOU wish to whine about has ZERO control over thier BOSS! If your boss tells you to do something then YOU DO IT!! I hate to say this but exactly how PETTY are YOU?? ALL doctor visits TAKE TIME! That doctor is no different. YOU sound like some druggie who didnt get thier pills on time. SOrry YOU had to wait but EVERYONE has to wait. EACH person that comes into a doctors office wants as much time as they can get. I have had to wait as much as two hours in the examination room. Yes its cold, and uncomfortable but the doctor will be with YOU when they are done with the PEOPLE who showed up before YOU DID! WHINING about having to wait only shows YOUR failings in life and NOT the doctor. A BUSY doctor is more then likely a GOOD DOCTOR! YOU shame yourself by making a post like this. YOU are saying that YOU are MORE important then even the DOCTOR! Then YOU slander the poor office manager BECAUSE you think YOU are so important. Heres a quick bit of advice, YOU DONT MESS WITH A DOCTOR! They live on thier reputation and what YOU have done is smeer thier office and office staff because the DOCTOR IS BUSY! I would pray that the doctor doesnt see YOUR post. Its NOT a critique on thier abilities, its a WHINEFEST because YOU had to WAIT! Thankfully the anonyminty that the web provides is ZERO protection for what YOU have done. WIth just a court order that doctor can find out EXACTLY who YOU ARE! I guess running your mouth online WILL have consequences for YOU!!The office staff is there to serve YOU, but they are NOT SERVANTS! So STOP trying to treat them in that way.
