THE WORST DENTIST/EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME! I went to Little Dr. London's ( he is 4 feet 11 inches tall) office this afternoon with a broken tooth, that has become infected and they would NOT help me in ANY way unless I came up with cash to remove the tooth immediately!!! Since I didn't not have the money - I left. The staff was incredibly rude and the facility was FILTHY! I don't know how they can clean teeth if they can't even clean the floors, counters, offices, etc. It was absolutely disgusting and I would NOT recommend Little Dr. London to my worst enemy. I believe he has to wear lifts in his shoes so he can reach over the chair.
The lady in the back was rude, condescending, had a horrible attitude and when she saw I was upset she said 'what did you expect to happen?'. I left in more pain than I was in before I step foot in that nasty place. I saw that they had 'write a Google review and receive a 15 dollar discount on your next visit', posted all over that place, so here is my review. DR. London AND HIS STAFF SUCK!!
They took my $29 cash for the exam, and since I didn't have several hundred for an extraction - they would not help me or give me back my $29. They just want your money.
As a teenager, my wife had a bunch of work done by little Dr. London, and now at the age of 32, after her last dental visit - to a REAL dentist, he learned 2 of his 3 crowns are on backwards, and the other has completely fallen out! Shotty work, cash only, rude all around - FAIL!

My experince with this dentist's attitde was that northing was his fault - I'm right you're wrong. Additionally, when I went, they did have a contest where you can win a TV for the most referrals; found this a bit cheesy and desperate - hind sight's 50/50, right?
I also would like to suggest that the front office staff receive extensive training unless, of course, they are only there to greet and make appointments as they seem to do these things okay; however, in my case they were definately lacking in knowledge about insurance, billing or due dilligence.

The above report is fake as no such patient exists in my database, nor did this person even step foot into my office. As most of my patients can attest, my office is kept spotless, clean, and my staff is courteous and respectful to all patients (please search online for the hundreds of positive reviews around the web). We do not offer any incentives for reviews nor do we have signs posted around our office.
This ficticious review is clearly written by another dentist who feels threatened by me and feels the need to "bully" based on his rude personal comments about my stature. It is a shame that you cannot focus your energy on improving your practice and reputation instead of trying to tarnish mine.

Where in the hell did you get the idea this dentist or any other dentist works for nothing? Do YOU work for nothing or are you just another welfare type with an entitlement attitude?
So you cry, wail, stomp your feet like a little baby because the dentist won't cater to your demands. Then you come here and spread all kinds of garbage because you didn't get your own way. If this dentist was so, so bad, why did you go to him in the first place?
Dr. London, if you're eavesdropping here don't take this. Call your attorney and go after this sorry little boy!
