Dr Steven Samuels MD Discontinued, via certified mail, his desires, without any explanation, as to why he would no longer be willing or able to provide me medical services. He had been a personal friend & acquaintance for approximately 40 years.  Greenwood Indiana

He has left me without medical prescriptions that has prescribed to me, and has informed the pharmacy to NOT honor the medical prescription that he prescribed to me just 4 weeks ago. He has chosen to "make issue" and grossly override his professional medical licensing requirements. I'm in a serious situation regarding these 3 prescribed medication, whereas one of these 3 prescribed medications is s controlled substance. My personal health and wellbeing is in serious jeopardy.

 I have been personal friends with Dr Steven Samuels for over 35 years. He has treated my professionally as a physician for over 12 years. We have a family of mutual friend in common. One of the members of this family has a serious drug and alcohol addiction problem. When I advised Dr Samuels of this situation, he IMMEDIATELY sent me a CERTIFIED LETTER, of his desires to longer treat me for my health & wellbeing issues. He has taken "sides" in this serious matter, and has chosen to take issue with the person, who is in COMPLETE denial of their Xanex & alcohol addictions. He has "discredited" my integrity and has NOW jeopardized my personal health. He has chosen to choose his personal relationship with the family of the addicted individual, and COMPLETELY disregard his PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL STANDARDS.
