 Ordered a trailer and made a 1000.00 deposit with Scott Carter. Trailer arrived and I was called when it arrived. Drove 4 hours and when I arrived and trailer wasn't what options I ordered at a distance I didn't get 12" I-beam and got a standard option and also ordered 14ply tires along with many other things such as bad welds and damages that occurred while in shipping. After being upset about numerous things not what I ordered I had drove 4 hrs to find nobody there to talk to when I was informed along the way they would be there. After being back home upset about a horrible purchase and not getting what I ordered Scott Carter declines a refund and says come pick it up and NO REFUNDS!!! I didn't sign anything nor was aware that this company has bad reviews. I have turned to my Bank and BBB. News will follow as it comes in about my experience.
