Dr Westberry RS DMD Installed a inferior bridge in the bottom front of my mouth other than what we discussed. Daytona Beach Florida

        I recieved a Price of $7,200.00 for extracting 5 lower front teeth and replacing with a gold based enamel bridge. I had one tooth loose and knew that there would be more, for those teeth were crowded. I told the Dr that I would take it under advisement and let him know. After getting some quotes I called Dr Westberry's office and asked to speak directly to the Dr. I mentioned that I am loyal and would prefer to remain in his office and that I would give him $6,000.00 cash for that same procedure, he said to hold and within a minute or two he told me that he would lower the price for the cash to $6,200.00.. Rather than have it done in another office I agreed. After haveing those teeth extracted and a temp. glued in. It fell out that night so the next morning I was at his office having them glued in again, except this time I requested another nurse for the other seemed inept and made a couple of mistakes with me already. It took 9 weeks to heal and when my perminent bridge arrived I was ready to get it over with. I remember thinking that it looked just like the temperary bridge. I was sure that the Dr kept his word and provided me with the permanent bridge that we had discussed. I kept my word however Dr Westbery slipped an inferior bridge in instead of what we discussed. When we discussed lowering the price for cash he never mentioned that he would give me a lesser product. I could have had the bridge that we had discussed with another dentist but he got the job by being deceptive.
