Booked a cruise with Dream Get-Aways. They promised shipboard credit and coupons that could be used on board. When we arrived, no such credit was provided and the coupons were the same coupons that Royal Carribean was providing to anyone on-board that asked, for free. We could have saved more money by booking through BJ's or Costco. When we questioned the owner of the company, we were told, in writing that we were liars and that no credits were promised. We had several emails confirming that we would be provided with shipboard credit. Could not believe that the owner of a company that we used called us liars when we had written confirmation that stated otherwise. We will never use this company again. Very poor customer relations and did not fufull written promises that were made. We forwarded the information to the president of Royal, and the president of Royal made us happy. We did not ask Royal to do anything, but when they saw the emails provided by Dream Get-Aways, Royal was embarrassed and provided us extras that we did not ask for. Very pleased with Royal, just not its travel agent.

The person who wrote this post is a dissatisified and disgruntled customer who didnt appreciate being given a wholesale rate. They wanted all of the retail perks, where were never offered, along with the discounted rates.
In over 20 years in business this is the only complaint we have ever received and if you know the author its not surprising. He is a lawyer in Boca Raton that willingly commits insurance fraud and she is his office manager who helps him falsify records.
They both smoke marijuana on a regular basis and they decided to call the cruise line after my son and their son got into a fight - rather than let the boys work it out they decided to attack my business and my reputation.
The cruise line was Norwegian Cruise Line - NOT Royal Caribbean - and they never called the president's office - they called guest relations who contacted us after these "fantastic clients" berated and badgered the cruise line for free wine and on board credit.
Finally after her screaming at the NCL guest relations manager for a while - they gave them some wine to make her go away
We dont do business in hand written notes and since this is a licensed and regulated business if we bait and switched the way they claim we'd have had our license revoked by the state and the cruise line wouldve issued a stop sale order against us.
If any of this were true Royal Caribbean would never have listed our company as Platinum Plus vendors and recommedned us on their website.
However like I stated earlier it was NCL and that is the problem with people who complain in the dark - they tend to lie about everything.
As for these great clients - we refuse to do business with them - as do many other local businesses.
On the internet it's great you can hide behind a review and not have to give your name as you attack someone's business.
