Scott Murphy made a mistake in cutting out the holes for my sinks. I paid for the under mount cut outs, I brought in the under mount sinks prior to fabrication, and I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I had to pay all monies for the granite, the fabrication, and the installation prior to receiving the granite. While the installers were installing the granite, I noticed the mistake. The installers called Scott Murphy and told them that the sink holes were incorrect. They then handed me the phone. I said, " Hello."

And Scott said, " Listen here lady." I then had my husband call him back. Scott lied to my husband and told him that I told him 10 days earlier that I didn't want the under mount cut outs. Never did that happen. Now he is refusing to replace the granite or offer any way to fix the problem. In fact, he won't return our phone calls. What makes things worse is the fact that he was a sub contractor for Pro Source in Denver. And, he already received payment. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Super poor customer service!
