Drem reactive serum and man greatwelless Fulfillment center Charge me for a march shipment that I did not receive, and refused to let me return a shipment that came in April. Wyoming

 Saw on Facebook for a free trail only had to send the shipping money of 4.95. I did not see anything that said I had to cancel with in 14 days. Or they would start shipping with more product. There was nothing about prize on the product . The add was so tiny I never saw it. When I received my order there was nothing In It for paper work saying that I had to cancel or I was going to receive more at the price of $98.41 and $97.41. There was nothing saying how much anything was ,no paperwork at all. The first box came on Feb25 as I was leaving for Fl. I open the box but I just left it on the table there was no invoice in the box. I left a Change Of address at the post office. If there was a invoice in the 1st box I receive I would of canceled. I had no idea what was going on. I didn't not receive a box in March which they claimed they sent.I checked with the post office they had no packages for me. I was in Fl till April 18 th. I received no packages. I don't feel I should have to pay for something I never received. When I return from Fl. In April I received another box. I called them to return it but they would not Sent me a return slip. If I did sent it back they would only refund me $50.00 on charge of $195.82. I am 88 years old and I feel I was taken advantage of. I try to talk with them and they kept hanging up on me. I tried four times. At the time this was all going on I was not at the address they were shipping too. I was in Fl. So I had no idea I was being charged until I received my credit card. They claimed that they sent three shipment and I only received two . I asked for the tracking and they would not give it to me.

I am 88 years olds and never saw the little little statement at the bottom. I never got a invoice saying I was charged so much money. I was not home at the address they shipped I was in Florida and I can prove that. When I call they just hang up. Very upset they won't take anything back. I feel like I was scam big time.
