i ordered a trial version of thier product and the website stated that this was a one time fee and that no other product would be sent or

charged to my account. there were no terms or box to check that stated that i agreed to any other terms. On 12 -19-08 i was charged 79.95

on my card, i contacted the company and was told this charge would be refunded confirmation number e0e63 from acaislim. i was explaned

the terms (Which were not posted on the website when i ordered )

I then noticed another charge on my card on 12-3-08 for the same amount and from the same company.and then I attempted to go back
to the website and verify terms. web2.vankomenmedia.com, this website is no longer there. hmm?? ??????

i thought this was a bit strange and called again on 12-31-08 and talked to val badge# 259 and then called back again and talked to jill

badge 266 at DRI*ACAIASLIM 877-317-0189 MN .
each time i was explanied about the terms and was told that nothing would be done about the charges on 12-3-08 and that these charges

were for the 1st trail bottle i recieved. is it a free trial as stated or?? why am i being charged for a FREE trial. They state because i did not

cancel in 14 days. What? Can they sell a free trail but then charge you full price if you do not cancel in 14 days? I dont get it? Is it a free trial

or just false advertising and a blatent scam??????????????

I contest that the website i ordered from did not have the terms as described by the company chargeing my c/c or that i had to check a box

accepting terms . this is blatent fraud on thier part. if you go to http://www.acaiaslim.com/ the terms as explaned by the operater are in fact

there on the front page.

I state that this is not the website i ordered the product from and proof of this is the reciept from 11-16-08 proves this. (shown below)
i was told that the 1st charge was for the trial version that was stated as being free with me only paying 4.95 shipping. after talking to

ACAIASLIM 877-317-0189 they say the charge on 12-3-08 for 79.95 is for the 1st trial bottle i recieved . now which is it. a free trial or does it

actually cost 79.95 plus the 4.95 shipping. here is what it says at ACAIASLIM website.

It appears they had a fake website at http://web2.vankomenmedia.com/ at the time that i ordered and now it is no longer there.?
neither i or ACAIASLIM can prove or show what the terms were at the time i ordered the product as the website is no longer there?
I have to ask myself if i have been swindled and i believe i was.
Look at the facts.
i ordered product from a website that looked legit. i recieved a reciept from http://web2.vankomenmedia.com/(shown below) .

from 11-16-08 till now the website has disappered so i can not verify thier terms. After contacting the number on my c/c charge i am told of all

these terms that were not on the orignating website.
they also state a free trail , just pay shipping and then they charge you full price for the product after 14 days is you do not cancel. How can a

vendor state a free trial and then after 14 days (if you do not cancel ) charge you the full amount for the product? which is it ? a free trail or a

blatent hoax to get you to buy thier product. i asked for an email confirmation of my cancellation and they cant do that either .
