Drive Time Auto Sales Sold me a lemon refusing to talk to me about it and ignoring me Phoenix Arizona

I just bought my 2001 Ford Focus in May of 2004. They told me this was the only car i qualified for and when i went to test drive it the check engine light was on which they promised to fix it was also in the contract.
A couple days later the rear window that is automatic was broken now too. It went in to be fixed and i brought it home a few days after that. I would say about a month later the check engine light comes on again. The other rear window becomes broken now.

Before i could schedule to bring my car in I went to start it to go to work and it would not start. Needless to say we have gone through this three times and they refuse to fix my window. Everytime it went to get fixed we would bring it home and the check engine light would come on a few days later.

We have gone through three batteries and i am currently driving my car around with the "check engine light" and another that says "check fuel cap" we have also replaced the fuel cap twice and i really dont think that is the real issue.

Drive Time refuses to pay for anymore repairs and when i bring it to them it costs me about $350.00 for them to temporarly fix the problem just so they can get my money. We have had this car brought to Ford to be fixed as well.

Drive Time managers have made empty promises about helping me get into another vehicle and have admitted this car is a lemon. Just this week we went in to make my payment and a manager said he would see about getting me out of this vehicle but when we call him the next day he just avoids us and doesnt return our calls. I feel very decieved and felt i was set up in some way.
I am a single mom with two girls i cannot afford to keep fixing this car when they were supposed to fix it right the first time and promised to as i was buying it. The engine has had the same issues over and over the car is just a lemon and nobody there cares. If somebody can just give me some advice on what to do i could really use it. A car that cost be 10,0000 dollars is costing me alot more than i have.
