Driver Support Services left behind, fraud, not a tech but a high-pressure salesman Internet

I had a similar experience, though I did not contact these people directly. I put on a new keyboard, and I got a message that I had to call to install the keyboard. (I think this was a lie).

I had a similar guy try to show me things were wrong with my computer and I had to get their $200 service or it would crash. Very pushy.

When I finally got him off, I found that my computer will only open in safe mode--and the usual correction for that doesn't work. My sound system doesn't work, and I'm not hooked up to my printer. (Maybe because I'm in safe mode).

I assumed that he had at least installed the drivers I paid for, but I got a message from them saying the drivers were not installed. I cancelled my credit card, but eventually they cancelled the charge. 

They gave me no apology, and I still have these computer problems I didn't have before. Will probably have to hire someone to fix it.

Stay away from these people.
