 They trick you into downloading their software and then they tell you have to buy it. It messed my computer up instead of fixing it. I gave them bad feedback and I got a few nasty emails in return. They have a bunch of bad feedback on BBB. I blocked their email and it still made it through.

This customer is John Wesner.  This is the feedback he left our company on Friday November 15, 2013:

You f***ing a**holes f***ed up my computer. Now you want to send me email? F**K OFF.

It's obvious from the language he uses, We have been unable to find Mr. Wesner in our database after searching for him by his name and email address. As far as we can tell, Mr. Wesner has not purchased anything from us at any time.  Not sure how he can consider us a rip off if he has never purchased one thing from us.
