Had to pay first to download DriverAgent.com software on Sunday. Download did not work. Repeated the process several times. Tried calling technical support - closed on Sunday!
Left an email report. Two days later I get an email telling me to do what I told them did not work,
Called Wed. am to talk to technical support. Thet refused to give me a refund. Why? Because I was a resubscription. I explained I was not. Had been a significant period of time ago.
Then I asked where that was stated. Was told its on the wedsite. Where on the website? At the bottom, under Policies, under Refund Policy.
It did not work from the beginning. It has not worked from the beginning and less than 3 days later no refund?
Does that qualify as a RipOff? I am convinced it is!
