DRMS C/O CMM FULLFILLMENT Not sending guaranteed refund Beverly, Maine

Returned the product according to directions including the required RA number on September 19, 2009.  Called the company January 7, 2010 and was told a check would be issued as there was a problem crediting my credit card and that I should receive my refund within two weeks.  Called again January 26th - told I was on a "Priority List" with the Accounting Department and they would be sending me a check.  I requested to speak to a Supervisor or someone in charge and was told that was not possible.  Called again February 9, 2010 - the rep acknowledged my previous calls and said he would notify Accounting.  I wrote a letter of complaint with all the above information and it was mailed today with a threat that if I do not receive my check in two weeks I would be filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals Office Fraud Division.
