Dropshipdesign.com, Dropshiponauction.com ripoff, out of stock, non return of money, Mill Creek Internet

I found this company Dropshiponauction.com while trying to sell products on ebay while learning to build a website. For $99 you can obtain a membership and then list on ebay and they would dropship for you. Thank God I did not sign up for their website design program.

Things went well for a litle while for the first month. I started selling items and even though their prices were not that good I did make money, they shipped within 48 hours. Then shipping time at least doubled sometimes tripled.

All of a sudden my items are not shipping because of out of stock even though they showed hundreds in stock on their website when I ordered. Their out of stock notices would sometimes take up to a week to get to me so I also had mad buyers. Their suggestion of not selling items with less than 100 I doubled so I would not be caught out of stock. The one item they had over 300 in stock when I ordered. Their excuse was that someone had bought their entire stock out. I did the math and that person would have had to spend over $30,000 with them. I got the message, you litle guys do not count. The final straw came when I was sent an email asking for more shipping on an item I had ordered, which I sent and could prove it through paypal records that I sent to them. Then comes the email refunding my money, out of stock even though by now I had tripled their recommendation to 300 in stock before I would try to sell, but not the extra postage and that was the last email they sent me. Never an answer and I sent at least 10 trying to get my money back, a refund or anything to even hint that I counted as a customer. I was able to keep my good rating by talking to people on the pone and sending the money back. But, I lost quite a bit because paypal would not refund their percentage and I had payed my ebay fees to list. Their phone number would never do anything but give you their email address so you could not talk to a person and now I see they have removed the phone number from their website. If you are looking to sell on ebay and want to dropship this is not the place to use, they reply to emails really fast when questioned about joining or you are a new customer but after that your lucky to hear from them within three days or at all.
