Dubhe Research LLC Gira Hong Gira Hong refused to pay us our incentives West New York New Jersey

My best friend and I did a 30 minute phone intereview with her client (about an accounting software) by the end of October 2017. We were promised to get $120 per person as our incentives. I had emailed her so many times about payments as we had been checking our mailboxes for the past 1.5 months every 8 days but no incentive checks in the mail. When I confronted her, she kept me lying to me that she would pay through Chase QuickPay instead of geting our incentive checks. I got the impression that she doesn't want to pay us. I texted her last night (12/15/17) as she told me she would send the incentives, but she never did! When I confronted her about it and called her a liar, she told me to "SHUT THE FXXX UP". I did some screenshots on our conversations through texts and Facebook messenger. My friend and I did the work and we should get paid. Period.
