Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp One time fee turns out to be monthly & it's all a scam! Internet

I'm pleasantly surprised to be reversing my previous report on Dunn & Bradstreet Credibility.  The nicest, most helpful representative from there (Nora) called to make things right.  She's appologized profusely for what happened and issued a full refund of the erroneous charges which has as of today cleared my account.  She then spent two different hour long sessions with me on the phone, going over everything with me, what all the reports mean & the benefits they have.  She sent me valuable information about adding trade references & filed an update with D & B to correct & update some incorrect and missing information they had and didn't have on file.  She also let me know I wasn't crazy, that someone there had reviewed my initial call to them & that I was not told the fees would be recurring and not just one time.

So, I take it back.  They are not the scammers I thought they were at all.  I'm not sure that a small company like mine will fully benefit from their services but, it is nice to know they are there if & wehn we need them again in the future.  And also great to know they are an upstanding company that cares & addresses reports like mine.  I've just gotten so used to scammers & having to fight to get what is rightly due that I apparently jumped the gun on this one.
