Mr. Thomass Chaffee of dux boats has changed his company name again to avoid law suits a 2.2 million dollar suit is pending in riverside california for fraud! The video on utube are not his boats that he claims! This man is a black hole! More to come! A lot more!

Thomas Chaffe has run this same con on at least 10 different people. He goes under many different names ie Dux, Duxboats, Dux USA, Dux inflatables, Duxinflatablebats and products, Ship Shape and more. He con  vinces an individual to invest citing how badly he has been ripped off by previous partners and how great the products is. He uses religion to help get your trust. Once he have yor wallet open he moves your money into his accounts, buys product and equipment to build boats with then moves it all into his total control, leaving you with the bills. This man has been running con games since childhood and know the procecuting attorneys are not going to chase after someone cheating a handfull of people out of 1 or 2 million dollars. We can only hope the IRS realizes that even though it is ill gotten booty it is still income and as such should be taxed. I felt sorry for Amy, who trusted Tom and got the shaft when Tom left her for Sara and her family fortune. After trying to collect on her life insurance in the end she went into a mental hospital to collect her thoughts. While there Tom met Paul and Tina. He packed up and on the same day wife Sara got out of the hospital he borrow the ballance of saras inheritance from Saras parents, loaded up his stuff and left her with a house in forclosure and no utilities to come home to. He fled bad checks & employee debt to go to California. Now comes Tina (the third stupid woman to be conned by Tom). He marries him 3 days after his divorce is final from Sara. Tina no longer has a fully paid for house, in fact it had to be rented because they coouln't afford all the new debt tied to it. Tina will set by the curb once Thomas has no more use for her. He has to keep her content for the moment and rehearse his lies well for the discovery process and court. He did this with Sara however a good lawyer was able to get to the truth. He beat her all the way down the hall and out the door. What is it with these women and their stupidity. Sara sensed and we witness Toms excessive cheating. Watch it Tina, if you suspect it, its probably true. And watch out for the little girl as well, Toms age limit starts at age 11.

The good thing about paper work and bank statements is they will always leave a trail! You have been given a chance to come clean, stop trying to impersonate a descent human being! We want our money back and you behind bars! Now do you really think you can get away with what you do! Using others for pity shows poor character. I hope you have a good lawyer.

Your friends and I know the truth, so do you. Why do you wish to hurt people this way. You know you have a bunch of people upset. You need to stop this.
