Do you really sit around all day on this website waiting to respond to people's reports? If you don't agree with people's reports, obviously you have the right to post a rebuttal but the way you're going about it makes you look like a complete tool. "I see you're upset about the way Kevin acted over the phone, but the fact is this company isn't obligated to make exceptions for you because of your medical condition." See? That's all you needed to post. Nobody thinks you're cool or tough because you act like a tool in Internet comments.

 Obviously you had another employee write this for you. And i called the phoenix polic you are actually not legally allowed to file for abandoned title until after 40 days. So your company lies and cheats people out of money. Go look at all the comments about your company on google... ALL TERRIBLE. You guys obviously have a horrible reputation and not just from me. If you did better business maybe you would have good recommendations. And no i didnt allow him to take the car and no he wasnt running me an errand when i didnt know it was even gone.

 Sorry but the tow company is correct. YOUR personal medical issues have ZERO bearing on the job THEY have to do. YOU want extra consideration and they have told you no. NOT A RIPOFF!!! YOU do more harm to your case then you do to them by making this post. They DO NOT have to give you ANY consideration. Thier job is to tow cars and get paid for doing so. It doesnt matter that it was stolen from you. YOU wish to get the vehicle back and to do so it will cost x amount of money. Nothing more. YOU expect that YOUR issue is going to change the price or time frame in which this all happens. REALITY means that sometimes you dont get your way. Sometimes you cannot cry or BS into getting your way. YOU have to stop and try and be MORE adult then you usually are. Stop for a moment and ask yourself, How many different tales of woe do you think these people get to listen to on a DAILY basis? How many times have they heard someones life story all because that person THINKS they deserve a break? YOU are doing the same thing. YOU THINK that because YOU have a medical situation that ALL OF TIME AND SPACE is supposed to bend to YOUR will. It wont happen, it CANT happen. YOU are the problem because YOU EXPECT AND DEMAND that YOU get treated BETTER then everyone else. While I can sympathize with your situation, THEY ARE NOT WRONG!!!!!YOU ARE!!!!!

As for the "Someone else" driving your vehicle. Did YOU give them the keys to run an errand for YOU?? If so then ALL of this on you PERIOD!!!
