dvdtvclassics ripped me off too!

I had the same experience. Ordered a set of a TV program-website showed box cover and about two weeks later, I received a set just like the one the previous complaint described--unlabeled DVDs in white envelopes-the first one had the name of the program handwritten, the others were numbered only. As per their instructions (in their website policies) I emailed them to say I needed to be returning them. No answer. I checked them out on the web and the site is stilll up but I also found severall complaints about similar sounding sites (i.e. tvdvdclassics and many others) where people hadn't even gotten the DVDs at all. Those people had found that their credit information had been mis-used with fraudulent charges on their cards, so I would notify my card issuer if I were you and put an alert on your credit report. I will be filing a complaint with my local police agency, for which I work.
