DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS From DRS receive a past due account notice in the mail Greenville South Carolina

My son receive in the mail a past due notice from Dynamic Recovery Solutions ( DRS ), It says that they have been contact by the Client Team Health ( Original Creditor : Emergency Group of AZ Professional Corp. regarding a past due account for total amount of $790.20 ? My son hasn't been seen with Team Health , Original Creditor : Emergency Group of AZ Professional Corp. , due to he is incarnated at jail in AZ , has been there sometime now.

He has never receive a bill from Team Health , Original Creditor : Emergency Group of AZ Professional Corp. before due to he never went there for any treatment of kind . I did call Dynamic Recovery Solutions , & the girl is very rude , I ask for her name & her ID # again, due to she was talking very fast , She said that is was my problem if I didn't catch it the first time , when she give the information ? Wouldn't give me her name or ID #. I did tell her that my son isn't here he is incarnated & has been in there for some time now, she was very rude, heartless individual & TOLD me will have to find some evidence showing that he never been seen there?

I did call Emergency Group of AZ Professional a couple of times & didn't receive a human being on the other end of the line , just receive a recording only & I did left a msg. with no response at all. Especially, when the letter says " November 1, 2017,We have been asked to contact you by our Client, Team Health, regarding your pass account with them . The account has been placed with our office for collection?"Which has put a lot of stress on me , due to the fact that my son is incarnated & will not be out for a very long time. How dare these people put more stress on me as a Mother who misses her son very much. Let alone send mail saying that he owns $ 790.20 for a bill , where he has never been seen & let alone setting foot inside at Team Health facility before!
