E-DIETS SCAM MISLEADING RIPPED OFF CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD MISLEADING WEBSITE FT LAUDERDALE, Florida

I went to E-DIETS.COM interested in getting meals delivered to my home. I went to the page that said "5 day plan", selected it and then to annother screen, selecting "start up now" and it then took me automatically to billing info to input my personal info as well as credit card info. At the bottom of the screen it clearly states, "your credit card will not be charged" after submitting. I was concerned as to why I could not select my foods prior to ordering, but assumed that after I submit billing info it would then allow me to select the meals. I changed my mind after "submitting" and again their website says at the bottom of the billing info that my card will not be charged. Well, it is no charged over $137 dollars and when I called cutomer service the same day, they told me they could not find me in their system. How could they charge my debit card but not have my info. It makes no sense. Their website is misleading and no where does it tell you ahead of time you have to input your credit card info until your at the billling screen. I want my money back and I am not getting anywhere with customer service. I am now out over $135 dollars. My bank said they would reverse it if need be, but now these people have my number(debit card) but not my name, address phone number or anything.
