The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Angel Bell during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward E Mortgage Management.

E Mortgage Management LLC is an independent mortgage banker that services customers nationwide. Angel Bell sated the following about the vision of her company, "our vision is to be able to serve the American people with affordable home ownership through offering a different variety of mortgage services."

Leads for E Mortgage Management LLC are acquired through call centers, but primarily through referrals. Once a potential customer expresses interest in their services they will be directed to a licensed loan originator who will collect information including: what type of property their interested in, their budget, and they area they wish to live in. From there documents are collected and the loan originator can provide the client with mortgage options.

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION E MORTGAGE MANAGEMENT

During the onsite interview, Ms. Bell was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Ms. Bell expressed that they rarely receive complaints in reference to their services, but clients can become frustrated when they run into issues approving a loan or not having a high enough credit score to obtain a loan. There is various documentation involved with these services, and in order to ensure clients have the best experience E Mortgage Management LLC will advise clients the proper actions to take in order to obtain the loans they desire.



Ms. Bell was asked to address the comments posted on Ripoff Report's website. Ms. Bell explained that the comments were not directed at the sales or services process of E Mortgage Management LLC, but against a former employee. When the comment was initially posted, "we immediately responded on Ripoff Report, and we addressed the situation." E Mortgage Management LLC investigated the complaints, and decided for the benefit of both the consumer and their business to terminate their professional relationship with the customer in question. Their dedication to providing the highest level of customer service is evident through this action as well as their accreditations through the Mortgage Banker Association, and the Better Business Bureau.

EMortgage Management LLC 222 haddon ave Fraud with Lies Internet, New Jersey

On April 21, 2011 I was searching the internet looking for a mortgage compnay to refinance my mortgage by combining my 1st mortgage and quity loan.  I filled out a form offered by Quicken Loans and received numerous calls from different companys.  I received a call from EMortgage and after telling them want I was looking for I was told this should bea very easy process.  I did a back ground search and they seem to be ok.  I gave them what information was needed to start the process.  Within a week I was told not a problem.  My credit reorts were excelent and if the apprisal was with in their guide lines  the who proceduer would take about six weeks.  The apprisal came back better than expected so they said I should be done in about four weeks.   It is now February 17, 2012.  Ten months have gone by and I have been on the phone with them two to three times a day all they keep diong is asking for the same pappers they all ready have.  Now they don't even return my calls.  They even told me not to pay my mortgage about five times because we are ready to close.   I'm now ready to persue lidigation.
