I purchased an antiaging cream from this company on august 14 of 2011. they gave me a deal that if Ibought 3 jars, they would sell them to me for a total of 84.80.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   I thought it was risk free because it came with a money back guarantee. When they sent me the product it stated in the information that came with it that if you wanted to return it you had to do it within 60 days of purchase. I returned the items on Sept. 24 and put delivery confirmation on the package. They received it on Sept 26 . I did what they said. I returned the one empty jar that I used, and 2 brand new jars which I never opened. These jars are completely resellable, so not only do they get to resell them, but I paid them for them as well.

They refused to send me my money back because on their website, if you happen to check out the FAQ section of the website, it says you need to get an authorization to get your money back guarantee. If this is the case, then when they sent me the product why wasn,t that written in the instructions for the money back guarantee.
