E & S RING MANAGEMENT ESPRIT MARINA RACIAL DISCRIMINATION,HARASSMENT,GROSS MISTREATMENT Internet

I was harassed so bad that 7 Months after moving in that I called E & S Ring HQ, told them that I was Breaking my 14 month lease that I had prepaid with a Cashiers Check. Also I wanted additional monies from them to paint my 2007 Mercedes SL550 to repair the damage caused by them.

 This harassment would startup,stop when I complained to HQ, then resume again. When it has stopped near the end of my 14 month lease(HQ had talked me out of breaking my lease), I had signed for my 2nd lease soon after the harassment started back up again.

 During all this time I had started my own investigations of P1 Garage and learned there were many cars which violated Esprit Marina's rules/policies eg cars that I knew belong to tenants that did not have Esprit Marina Parking Decals, a requirement.

 I had been getting a series of STICKY NOTES on my SL550 from the Universal Protection Services Security Supervisor Robert Linder(who I later learned was following Katie Bailey/MGR-Esprit Marina's instructions. I have seen car having Fraudulent Temporary Registration taped to the windshield and has not paid licensing for 5 years 5 months!

 In February I got a Ticket written by Security Supervisor Robert Linder and in January after reporting to Resident Services Counter, that the new assigned car parking next to my drivers side door, was parking inside the Stall Dividers, 1 day I had to squeezed into my car receiving a cramp on my leftside.

2 day before my accident with his car, I it to Resident Services & asked for them to instruct the car owner to park within the Stall Dividers. On the day of the accident, I ask that same representative did she contact Apt 3413 about changing his parking habits. After many BS excuses, she finally stated that she forgot-because she was so busy.

What is the Point of Having Resident Services if its staff Does Not want to do their job?!!
My insurance company paid 5.5K to repair the scratches of the car's paintjob. There was structural damage which I had guessed & was later verified by my insurance company.

This was a Highly Preventable Accident and Esprit Marina was Culpable/Responsible-they failed to do their job as mandated by their own policies.

I have had enough! I moved in on 6-30-10, the harassment began in July 2010, Katie Bailey/MGR had Security Supervisor Robert Linder put a Sticky Note(after many  that had preceded it) which stated the Stall next to me,had be given to a tenant.

As the months went by, I continously inspected the cars that would park in my former stall, I learned that NO tenant was parking there, it had become a quess parking stall alongside the other stall which had never, Never be given to anyone. 
  
I had been lied to, by Resident Services, Security Supervisor, Katie Bailey. Meanwhile there are many cars that park in 2 stalls-straddling the  stall divider(these cars  have only 1 stall, others have a 2nd stall but NOT the 1 next to theirs.

Those cars have never,ever been given STICKY NOTES OR TICKETS by security supervisor Robert Linder. When I asked him about it, he replied that he has a list of the cars. Now I suspect Graft ie Bribery given to Katie Bailey or someone- to sidestep the rules.

I have on video tapes a lot of tenant cars  that have NO Parking Decals from Esprit Marina, I have seen the car owners and I know them to be tenants here. Why should I get a Sticky Note on my SL550 after I forgot to replace my parking decal after returning from the Mercedes Service Center after getting my car service & they found a problem, gave me a loaner. When no one else is not getting cited.

I have paid my rent each & every month. HQ had promised me that I would not have anymore problems with security hasseling my car. Later I learned that was a lie. I have a letter from Esprit Marina promising " Unsurpassed Service".

I have spoken to Mark Wagner/Senior Portfolio MGR and Katie Bailey's Boss. He said " I apologize for the Resident Service Rep not doing her job". It was a COLD impersonal meaning statement. Thoroughly NOT believable.

Frankly, I feel that I should get a refund of some money because I did not pay to get disrespect, abused,ignored. I am Black, a Veteran, an AARP member(this security supervisor was not only behavior as if he was cop but BULLYING seniors - 2 white senior ladies complained to me about and I called E & S Ring in Culver City, to complain about it.

I was so appalled & angry that this security supervisor was misbehaving so badly. 1 of the 1st jobs I had after getting out of the military-was as a security supervisor.  I recently called Universal Protection Services to report this guy. I never knew who he worked for because his jacket did not say it and when I asked him.

He angrily told me " I don't have to answer you!"  Whenever I asked him any question he was always rude, abrasive, borderline abusive in language & tone.

Better Business Bureau has Rated E & S Ring Management an "F" !!! And it has 7 Complaints with 2 in the last 12 months. But what there is more-I just filed my complaint, so that is 3 complaints within the last 12 months.

When the leasing agents show you around they will steer you away from the areas having the strong smell of dog urine. Some owner allow their dogs to run about the complex UNLEASHED. As do some Cat owners. 1 day a dog will HAVE a CAT for a Snack!  Where's PETA when you need them?

Google-Esprit Marina Complaints & you will see an Apartment Review website. Its 1st link, Click it and once there scroll down to where it says; to see 13 or more reviews. Click it there you will find
many complaints. Several refer to Katie Bailey by descriptions because that site does not allow you to name the business people behaving badly. 

Staff at the Concierge & Resident Services will LIE TO YOU! (see the 5 complaints and mine), I also found other Apartment Review sites with more complaints about Esprit Marina. This complex opened for tenanacy in July 2008 as the folklore says. That folklore also say this property is PRIVATELY owned.

You have been warned, this place does have good views & other points, but for me the Bad Overwhelms the Good! This place had promise yet for me it is UNFULFILLED.
