This Eagle Nationwide Mortgage Co. in Cummings, GA is operated by a broker named Anthony Ruffolo. This person smartly gets the customer to the door by luring them with low interest rates. And ripps them off in the closing costs at the closing table. Smartly enough he clarifies in the very beggining that his closing cost is very reasonable than others and it can vary between $200 and $300 only at the closing table. This sentence OR acceptance of this sentence is the killer. This is used as an excuse to extract arround $300 from a customer. Do not accept this non-sense excuse.

I was told my closing cost will be $2984.00.

I was forced to close on a particular day under the excuse that otherwise my employment verification was expiring. Under that pressure I went for closing. Just 5 hours prior to closing he send me the HUD which was completely off and against the GFE and his promises. The closing cost was way high. I reported him about it. By the time I reached the closing location he made changes and told me that he has changed my HUD. On the closing table I received that changed HUD. The closing was still higher as stated below:

Instead of $2984 the closing was $3303.50. Which was higher by $319.50. I could not backoff from the refinancing at closing table else I would be charged withdrawl fee. I closed my loan rather arguing more with him cause he had made up his mind to do nothing more for me.

After closing I send him the calculations as to how much more I paid from my pocket. And he said it went just $19.50 over $300 and I can pay you $19.50.

I was very dejected and wanted no further conversation with him.

I have incurred this loss of $319.50 and also am paying higher interest rate than others since I took some cash out. Which means he has made and will be making more money on my loan. But did not work with me on the unreasonable closing overcharged.

I have learnt my lesson:

1. Do not afraid of their forcing language to close on the day they want it.

2. Completely verify the HUD given to you prior to going to closing table. They mess up a lot and you may see that mess at the closing.

3. Sincerity, honesty and relationship matters none to them.
