Eagle Recovery Rammed vehicle causing damage to car Rochester Hills Michigan

 On Saturday May 9, 2015 Eagle Recovery and it's agent, used their tow truck to ram my vehicle as it was sitting in my garage with me inside of it causing damage to the back drive shaft. As I got out of my vehicle to yell at the tow truck driver he proceeded to make up lies saying I drove my vehicle off of his truck (damage to my vehicle proved this to be false) however after he noticed the damage he had done to my vehicle he decided to tell me and my mother that he needed his job and would waive the towing fees and that if I didn't accept that offer that he would call the cops and I would never get my vehicle back. The cops were however called anyways by my neighbor due to the fact that he witnessed the tow truck driver ram my vehicle and he stated that it was unethical. When the cops arrived they proceeded to tell me they could not get involved in repossessions and proceeded to leave. There was no reports taken at all however on the following Monday I called credit acceptance to get my vehicle back and was told that the tow truck driver had reported to them that I had punched him and due to that I would not be able to get my vehicle back without paying the entire cost ($13,000) of my vehicle! I am a single mother with two children and cannot believe that people like this exist and are allowed to go around and ruin peoples lives based on the lies that that tell!!!!
