Eagles Landing Apartments Mrs.Linda, and Ms.ANdreag Molded apartment and can't get any asst.from management. Houston Texas

I moved in these apartments 2/1/2016 now the day of me moving in I noticed that the apartment didn't look anything like the model apt.that was shown to me. I was vvery upset about that but i had already gotten all of my things out of storage so my daughter,and I immediately went back into the office, but to my surprise I was told that,that's the apartment that they had left available for me to rent so I swallowed that after seeing I wouldnt get anywhere with the managers office. So about a day after moving in I noticed this horrible oder coming from out of the closet in my master bedroom ,due to a rusted pan that sat around the hot water heater I called them immediately, to ask if they could replace it,because the smell was very loud to wear my clothes were smelling like it,it took them almost a month to replace and by then I had tried cleaning it to the best of my ability with bleach and other hose hold products trying to get rid of the oder which is still in the closet. I have to keep a deodorizer in their at all times plus continue to spay lysol to try and keep the smell down but that's not even working. But the oder that's in the walls are horrible you can smell the mold smell coming through out the whole apartment my son,and I stay sick when it rains it really horrible. I'm constantly spraying ,and trying to keep the oder down. I have reported this to the office the manager and her asst. haD came to inspect the apt.and told me she was going to talk to corporate about putting me in another apt.but after not hearing anything for about a month ,and noticing that there were units available I was told to just move,after all it took me to move in this apt.

So after a while of dealing with this back and forth w/management I called 311 because someone gave me the # and told me they might be able to help me because we are steady staying sick,and I believe it's in the vents as well because every morning since they've suppose to have cleaned my vents I get up every morning congested, and caughing, and me and my son has been from the doctors on breathing machines,to asthma pumps due to this matter...and to no surprise I haven't received any help from 311. I'm in need of some asst. because after the apartments got a call from 311 I've been asked to move,when I feel they knew how bad this apt.was before they rented it to me,and they have been in here numerous times and said how bad the smell was you can't even smell my plug-ins due to this matter it's not fair that we spend all this money and can't get any asst.when needed.I don't want to have to take my son out of his school that he loves,we ha e been through alot already before moving in we were homeless, bUT now I'm not given any other option.We really need help...
