East Coast Storm Systems, Inc. didn't assemble hurricane shudders as specified in contract and now won't return calls Plantation, Florida

I hired the company East Coast Storm Systems to install hurricane shudders on all windows of the home. A guy who hardly speaks English named Larry comes out and agrees to install all hurricane shudders that would meet code inspection.

Well, inspection says the company didn't install the one on the front properly. I call Larry and suddenly for three months he does not answer. I call the owner Jason Herzog and while he always answered before i paid the deposit and final part, he suddenly stops answering afterwards - after it is discovered that his employee Larry did a poor job. So I go to the address identified on the contract and the company is no longer working out of this location in Tamarac. I google and find out they have been relocated to Plantation. And when I visit this place, it is a single family home and no one answered. I paid for a service that was not rendered.

These people say they install hurricane shudders up to code, which they don't, and once it's discovered, they completely avoid your calls and contact. If this isn't bad business practice, I don't know what is. I strongly recommend you not to hire them for any kind of service, let alone hurrican shudders.
