I recently had the worst experience purching a used SUV from Eastern Motors Mega Center in Manassas Virginia. The first SUV I purchased it took an all day process then I was pretty much forced into a GMC Envoy 2005 that I was not able to see. The car was located in Laural Maryland the Manassas location did not even have a picture to provide of the SUV. I then had to wait for someone to bring the car from Laurl Maryland. After a whole day at the dealership the car was bought by me.
Three days later one of the saleman called my phone telling me that I had to bring the car back that there was no title for the car. So I bought the car back to the Eastern Mega Center in Manassas where they said that they would put me in another car. They then put me in a simular car that was a year older an raised the interest rate which raised the payment on the car. Not only that the car had blood on the roof that I noticed when inpecting the car. I then told the sales manager that the car had blood on the roof on the inside of the car an he acted like it was no big deal and told me to bring the car back so that they could clean it.
When I returned to the Eastern Mega Center in Manassas they kept my car for a day put me in a rental car. Then when I called to see if my car was done being cleaned the sales manager (Gino H) told me that my car was done. I arrived I then had to wait for about 3 hours someone then pulled the car up to the front the car was not cleaned and blood was still on the roof. I was lied to many time during the whole process of buying car a from Eastern do not buy a car from this place.

I have noticed that looking at all the complaints concerning this company, any positive comments are made from Anonymous and seem to be from Virginia. Think it is the company posting this because if I had a good experience from a company where others had a bad experience, I would not hide my name.

When the deal on the first vehicle went bust, why didn't you simply walk away from them?
You were not obligated to purchase a different vehicle from them - you should have demanded the return of any deposits/down payments and walked away from them.

I went with my brother to purchase a car from Eastern Motors and was impressed. I didn't expect their your job is your credit, to mean much, but it does . My brother has terrible credit and was rejected from every dealership he went to he was at a point where he would have taken anything. When he we went to eastern they did everything that they could to him in a car. He got approved and they put him in a great car that same day.
