Easy Music Download touts "free music downloads." This is not factual. There is a handful of selections given on one page of stuff you supposedly can download for free, but you cannot choose anything else. The service is very expensive on this basis alone. So much for "free." They do not provide an e-mail confirmation or a receipt.

The company's "terms" statement is very vague. Basically it states they can take your money and not allow you to use their service for any reason they deem appropriate.

It is impossible to contact this company. They provide no address, no telephone number, and no "contact us" e-mail address. They state in FAQ that they delete messages sent to Help and Support if they have anything to do with charges they have made to your credit card. They are hiding.

Even when you contact your bank about the charge on your credit card statement, which comes from "Solid Solutions" in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, the bank cannot even get a contact number for the company, and will tell you "well, that's not required by law." To which I responded, "Wait."

You may see a charge on your credit card statement from this company once, but in no case should you see another charge the month after that. You should dispute any charge after the first month.
